How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment that uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten teeth. Each aligner is custom-made for the patient and slightly different from the previous one, moving teeth a little bit at a time until they’re in the desired position.
The process begins with a consultation with an orthodontist or dentist, during which they will take X-rays, pictures, and impressions of your teeth. Using these images, your orthodontist will develop a customized treatment plan just for you. Your aligners will be made based on this plan.
Those impressions are then sent off to the lab where your set of typically 20-24 invisaligns are developed. And can approximately 2-3 weeks for arrival

If the aligner does not seem to be fitting snugly, try repositioning it a few times or consult with your orthodontist.
